    Wig was listed as new without tags, however when it arrived it was obviously used with signs of wear. Seller still insisted its new, I had to pay postage again to return it. Seller refunded the £50 purchase price but refused to refund postage cost. I had to raise a case to get postage refunded. Seller then issued paypal e-cheque for the £2.90 original postage, which took 8 days to clear, unlike the £50 refund. Outrageous and not a pleasant experience.
