      Serial number on the Avata 2 was scratched off! Both the QR code and number itself were unreadable! Seller said "the battery rubbed it off" but this cannot happen (the battery does not touch the sides where the S/n is located)! Shipping was "OK" took 2 weeks, Tracking was useless but it was well wrapped. Drone itself (on the outside) was in very good condition. Drone works fine. Had to get the S/N from the goggles (after having to update the firmware on the drone with DJI assistant 2)
