      I had a problem with unit crashing. Seller was quickly helpful and sent another unit to address the problem. Problem was resolved by addressing overheating with a small fan. Seller strives to settle any problems. Other than that, product is in great condition, quality is great, clean rebuilt condition, and a good value. Great router to update firmware to DD-WRT or OPEN-WRT.
