This was after 4 discharge/recharge cycles using two different chargers. They asked for a photo of the item. I said I would bench test the batteries and send photo's. Same result. The batteries are fully charged in six hours at the 0.1C rate which should take 12-14 hours. At best, these cells are not 2400mAh, but 1200mAh. I messaged the seller twice, no response.
