      The item was new as described well packaged and was a good value. I was not happy with the FedEx shipping and tracking. The tracking showed it got as far as Indianapolis where they showed it sitting for six days. As they have lost and miss delivered multiple packages of mine I considered this one to be lost and bought a replacement item. Magically the original item was delivered to me the next day after covering 2,000 miles and making multiple stops in a day.

What's more, this seller did not bother to respond to two separate messages. Communication sucks. Handling/ship time sucks.
