The dress is worn out and was not worth the price. When I contacted the seller, she offered me a partial refund if I wanted to ship the dress back. I offered a partial refund if the buyer wanted to keep the dress, and a full refund if the buyer returns the dress to me. I've sent multiple messages to the buyer that they will get a full refund if they want to return the dress but I've received no response back so far.
