I was excited to get it to replace my old one that was no longer working. Due to it being an older model, it would not charge and the manufacturer no longer supported this model. Seller was very gracious and tried to find a battery replacement, but one was not to be found. Seller offered a refund. Hope to do business with this Seller again! Thank you again!
