    The listing was inaccurate, and the seller initially refused to issue a refund. He accused me of lying until he reviewed his own listing and realized the mistake. Although he eventually agreed to the refund, he wouldn’t provide a return shipping label despite several requests, and I had to wait for eBay to step in. I don’t think the seller is dishonest, but he does lack customer support and communication skills.
