Size says medium but it fit more like a small. I am going to make it into a skirt and bandana. I bought some elastic and clips. So I can still make it work. Seller did great, fast shipping. Item was new and in bag. Highly recommend seller. However, I would ask for measurements on clothing as the dog in the picture was a little confusing.
