"Calling all cars! Calling all cars! Harry Hooligan has escaped from prison and is looting Southwick's Department Store!" Officer Kelly is first on the scene and needs your help catching the greedy crook. Not only will you have to track down Harry, but you'll need to look out for moving shopping carts, bouncing beach balls and flying toy biplanes. Fortunately, Kelly can ride elevators, hop on escalators, and either jump or duck to avoid obstacles while making his way through the store. He also has the benefit of Southwick's security system to show the floors and whereabouts of Harry.<br><br>The goal of the game is to catch the felon before he makes it to the top of the roof. The faster you do this, the more bonus points you'll receive (each level is timed). In addition, every obstacle you hit will take nine seconds off the clock, except the biplane, which causes instant death. The two other ways to lose lives include letting the crook escape or having time run out before catching him. Don't worry, lives can be replenished for every 10,000 points you earn, and running over suitcases or money bags will further increase your score. Once you catch a crook, the number and speed of objects will increase.
