      It seems like it was used, because there was dust and dirt inside the water bag. There was dust and dirt in the clear straw also. The packaging seem like it was just thrown together. Not good quality for what I paid. The appearance was not good. Sorry, for what I paid it just wasn't good. I'll clean it up and see if it work properly. I don't want my money back. I just learned a lesson.
