      Item purchased with tracking number provided on eBay. All of a sudden Seller cancelled order stating out of stock however item was just listed recently since I’ve been searching this item each day for a month. When you have an item to be shipped or packaged, you then create the tracking number and then post on eBay. How can you not have an item and create and post tracking number on eBay site for the customer. It does not make any sense.
