    Received this tablet and right half of touch screen wouldn't work so completely unusable. Tablet wasn't wiped or reset. Still had the previous user's info and I couldn't get in to the BIOS settings because password protected by previous user. Immediately reached out to seller and they responded quickly but stated they don't ever send tablets that aren't wiped with new Windows on it. They said it was probably sent as a mistake. The listing stated "tested and in good condition" but received refund
