Sound bar should have been shipped in a shipping box instead of just the retail box. The retail box was not thick enough for rough handling by the carrier! I Have yet to test/hookup the Memorex 27.5” Bluetooth Soundbar, but it appears to be new, complete, and looks good. The Shipping was fast and the value is solid. Listing was advertised as "open box," but I was happy to see that the original packaging was completely intact. I would have spent an additional $50 if I had purchased the same receiver "new" from a retailer. Highly recommend and very likely to purchase from this seller again!
