    This is a first for us. We encourage our prospective buyers to read all of our other feedback too. Adding context here, we ran out of inventory on this particular item. Normally we would have canceled and refunded the order in full, but we chose to offer the buyer the option to order another one at our price in lieu of receiving a refund. Sellers have to cancel orders all the time due to lack of inventory. This was no different, but we also offered a secondary solution, that somehow led to this.
