He tried to tell me that is a normal feature and how they come from the manufacturer. Even after i showed him an email from the manufacturer confirming that it was a defect and required resoling to repair he still refused to issue a refund or even consider a partial refund to convert the cost of resoling. A dishonest seller with no integrity.
