    We are not a scam, a Refund was issued. I asked you multiple times to open a "ITEM NOT RECEIVED" case in order for me to issue a full refund since the cancelation time frame had expired I also informed you that the item had not been shipped, and I would wait for you to response, I didn't hear from you till yesterday.

    This seller is refusing to issue a refund on a part that the body shop deemed unuseable due to warping caused by poor packaging. Now receiving hostility in messages over the opinion instead of issuing a refund. I do hope that they consider the customer in the future and not their own interest.

    My intention is never to be hostile-only to clarify the situation from my end As previously explain to this buyer this PLASTIC can not be warped it tears or breaks. Buyer lie and made a false claim abusing eBay's return policy, also stated that the writing i used to point out the scratches on grille on the grille couldn't be removed when its a water marker. I sent him proof of no warping and writing was removed I hope HE learns not to lie and take accountability & taking advantage of small bussi
