    Seller mislabeled product intentionally to ask higher price. However, product was clearly displayed, so I take fault in that. Seller offered a small refund or full exchange, I chose to keep camera for small refund. Never heard back. Turns out, the camera is faulty from the factory. Packaging is easily made to look unopened, so I firmly believe this seller knew what they were doing start to finish.
