      I hate to leave negative reviews, but when I reached out to the seller, no attempt was made to resolve the issues with the item... Good value and fast shipping. Unfortunately, the packaging and item condition were disappointing. The item arrived in a thin, used box held together by a single piece of tape, with a cutout that left the contents visible. The item itself was damaged and missing a piece. Unsure if this occurred during shipping or beforehand, in the end it's the same; unsatisfactory.

      Photos and item title didn’t match the actual item that was shipped. This item was the speaker basket only, not a whole speaker. The seller did mention this in the description, but the product box pictured appears to be for a complete speaker, as reflected by the title of the auction. I get that it’s my mistake having overlooked the description, but the seller still refused to offer a refund, even when I was willing to pay return shipping. Totally unreasonable and I suspect intentional.
