With Pops, because they don't come factory sealed, there's no way to know if they're new or not. The fact that this seller was upfront that this mint condition Pop was "used", when no one could tell otherwise, is commendable. Excellent seller! Very trustworthy. Reasonable prices/shipping times, etc. Definitely recommend!!
