However, communication was very difficult throughout the process — responses were slow and unclear, which caused some delays. I still have not received the bill of sale that I need before installing the machine, even after multiple requests. Overall, product seems fine, but buyers should be aware that follow-up and documentation can be a challenge

I’ve always been a man of my word and so this is a big deal for me.
