        There was some damage so I requested a partial refund but in the end I didn't get a refund. I just wanted a small refund. They said they informed me of the damaged area in advance, but it was damaged in a different area than described. They also said I had to leave a positive review to get a refund. This was feedback I've never seen from other sellers. I spent quite a lot of money to purchase this product, but I didn't get any compensation for the damage

        This is 100% untrue. I gave a discount for the broken item. I asked why he waited 12 days after delivery for a refund. He wanted a refund but not to return my item. You can tell by my last 11 years selling I’ve never had a problem until this person who wanted to cause problems.
