The auto level is trash but that’s Creality. Works great. You have to set the z off set to negative and mess around untill you get it dialed in. Typically the control box don’t work. This is the best neo I’ve had. Love it great deal. Can’t go wrong.

If you are having trouble with the Ender 3SE make sure you try cleaning the CR Touch. After doing that it solved all of my issues and the printer works great!! Also be sure to adjust your Z offset of your prints are not sticking.
