It was not mentioned in the listing that there were no screws securing the cover. It arrived in a damaged box where inside it was packed with a couple of pieces of cardboard. During shipping it bounced around inside the box, severely damaging the cover and the chassis. The dial is bent so you cannot turn it without it rubbing on the face plate. It listed as functioning. Its not. It's amazing the tubes did not break.
