I had a small issue and he was responsive and offered to resolve the issue ASAP. The condition of the laptop is wonderful - I can't even tell it's refurbished. Given what is happening in Congo I want to buy refurbished moving forward, and it turns out I got a great product for less than half the price. There are no visible scratches or issues. I would buy from this seller again.
