The bubbles on the card were crushed, paint on the dispensers scuffed up and the feet of the pez were pushed through the back if the card. So now I don't have pez to display on card, don't have pez to display out of packaging, and am out $40. Seller asked if they could open the pez and ship them loose, and returns are not accepted.
