    The item was not new as advertised/described. A couple pieces were not clean and no instructional manual was in the box. The item was shipped in its original opened box and had no packaging material securing the items inside. Seller took several business days to ship the item and once USPS received it, they mistakingly shipped it to CA. I messaged the seller and they would not respond.
