They were advertised as "untested" but also as "working". I contacted the seller to see how they wanted to handle the situation and without even contacting me back they issued a refund for only 27% of the purchase price and shipping. I was never even given the opportunity to agree or disagree. The right thing would have been to at least ask me if I agreed to a 27% refund. If not, just issue a 50% refund
