      The DVD (Mac OS X 10.6.3 Snow Leopard) was sent quickly and was packed well. It was sealed & shrink-wrapped as advertised. The DVD itself had a filmy cloud-like residue on its data side from being in its clear plastic sleeve for 15 years, which gave me pause, but the disc worked OK when I put it in a computer, so I guess that's no problem. Everything seems fine.
