How could she expect this 'knocking' on walls NOT to break? Really upsetting... to be sent ''broken pieces'' instead of the Vase I paid for! We video'd the entire parcel opening process (from closed box to finding broken pieces inside) so NO DISPUTE can arise. Really disappointed! And wasted so much of my time dealing with this negligence.
