Oddly enough, there was a second cassette case included, almost as though it was known the original case was broken (not shown in the photos or in the description). The items were wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a small envelope (not the best). It's possible the case was broken during shipping. Regardless, I'm not 100% satisfied.
