        I am sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. I do try my hardest to disclose everything at the time of listing so there is never any surprises. I did not see a spot on the neckline otherwise I would have taken a close up picture and disclosed. If you had read the details it states that this dress is in the teens department. If there were issues with the dress, why did you wait over 2 weeks before leaving a negative comment and not reach out at the time of receiving the dress?
