    Bought a Jiffy steamer that was supposed to come with two metal steaming heads as described and shown on ad photos. did not receive the two metal steaming heads. tried to contact the seller through messages did not get any response. very poor customer service skills and does not want to help solve the issue. i would never buy from him again. stay away
