    Tweeter failed on first use. Seller refused return. Claims its outside eBay return. Dude, your a Uk seller selling an electrical item. Uk consumer law warranties that item for 12 months from the date of purchase. Seller not taking responsibility for poor quality item.

    Buyer blew his tweeter up by overdriving the signal and tried to claim it was a warranty issue He forgot that he admitted it had burning smell and he turned volume up too high- which proves he has blown the it for sure. Plus The Item has the normal 30 day Ebay return period but he tried to return after 2 months and pretend he had never used it !! All items are tested on despatch and working so maybe next time he should not turn his volume up so high and then plug things into the mixer !!
