        He mailed the 3 cards loose, uncovered, in a flimsy pocket cut from an 8 pocket sheet in an unreinforced envelope. Postage was 73 cents. I paid $2.25. I asked for a refund. After several unanswered requests, his reply was basically that it seemed silly to him to quibble over an overcharge of $1.52. That’s half what I paid for the 3 cards and all they’re worth so I felt I had good reason to ask for what he felt was a negligible amount—but not so negligible to him as he insisted on keeping it
