    Great price, offered me a coupon after it had expired. I'd be remiss if i didn't mention how the USPS arbitrarily lost the package and proceeded to damage the item, and then sloppily taped the box back together. It was out of our hands. The item was a Mercedes 'Comand' GPS/Infotainment control knob. We deduced that the original item was probably damaged. So, the vendor agreed to send me several replacements to choose from, so he definitely came through for me! Would buy from this vendor again!
