Didn't appear to be the case in the pictures posted. As these are built-in trays attached to the box, and not a separate case that can be easily replaced, the DVDs always flying loose is a major annoyance. Otherwise, overall condition of package and DVDs (no scratches) are extremely good. However, the damaged trays reflect badly in my rating, as they looked intact in the pics.
