Instead of taking responsibility and canceling the order themselves, they asked me—the buyer—to initiate the cancellation. This is unfair and goes against basic seller responsibilities. It also feels dishonest to ask the customer to create a cancellation reason when the real issue is that the seller didn’t have the item in stock. Not a good experience.
