Shipping:
- All listed prices exclude carriage charges. We offer free shipping to UK addresses on most of our items.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your order. In some cases, additional shipping fees may apply depending on your location. If this occurs, we will contact you directly.
- In most cases, eBay will collect any applicable taxes at the time of purchase, so you will not need to pay them upon delivery. In some instances, depending on your location and the size of your order, import duties or additional fees may be required by the courier. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are beyond our control; we are not responsible for any such taxes or duties.
- We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within a working day; however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
- Most items are shipped via tracked courier services (Postal service, Evri, Inpost, UPS, DPD...), and a signature may be required upon delivery.
- Smaller items may be sent by standard post without tracking, depending on their value and destination.
- Items shipped from the UK can take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive to non UK destinations. Items shipped from the Far East may take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive.
Payment:
- Full payment is required before goods are dispatched.
- We accept payments through eBay, bank transfer, and PayPal, using all major credit cards.
- You also have the option to split your purchase into three interest-free payments.
Returns:
- Before returning an item, please do contact us with pictures. Most issues are easily solved with a simple solution.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All returns must be processed through eBay return system.
- If a replacement is required, damage or faulty parts may be returned on their own.
- If a refund is required, goods must include all original parts. Any missing parts will not be replaced or refunded.
- It is the customers responsibility to pay all postage charges unless agreed otherwise.
- Returned goods will be replaced or refunded providing they were purchased from Vanda Trading, and providing they are still covered by the warranty policy.
- Goods out of warranty or not bought from Vanda Trading will not be replaced or refunded, and will be sent back at the customer s expenses.
- Original postage cost is not refundable.
