      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!! Save yourself the headache and do not purchase from this seller. They were very responsive up until I made the payment, after that they took so long to mail the product and took forever to answer my follow up questions. When I received the bag, I told them I wasn’t satisfied and asked for assistance then they stopped answering my messages all together. They are terrible in communication and service.

Even though the size was clearly stated in the product description, the customer pointed out the wrong size and asked us to send another bag of a higher price with free shipping and free returns. This was a very unreasonable request and we were unable to accommodate. As other feedback indicates, our service is excellent, so please rest assured everyone!
