      I puchased this item believing it was"Brand New, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging" per the seller's description.But, it arrived in bubble wrap without a box and without any papers. It also had a marker marking on the power cord and scratches on the Echo Dot itself as well as scratches on the power cord.Also IT DID NOT WORK!! Pretty sure it's NOT "Brand New, unused, undamaged" as stated by seller! Also seller never replied to any of my many messages! AVOID THIS SELLER!
