In the end I had to request a return when seller didn't respond, which I noted in the return request. Then seller said just "didn't see your chat". Worst seller I've had. Did not try to make it right. Made me wait out the return and the full refund period. When I've had an issue with good sellers they are always quick to respond and refund. Would not do business again.
