I will say I personally packaged this small frame box going Overboard packing it in all kinds of packaging materials in box after box inside a very bigger box w/ "fragile" stickers all over it for USPS or UPS or FEDEX to notice and handle with care. This breakage wasn't foreseen or expected. I am working directly with my dear Buyer to resolve this important issue.
