My unopened, new in wrap boardgame came in damaged and wrapped in what amounted to plastic wrap and tape. I paid $12 for shipping. While I got a good deal and they took my lower offer, I wouldn't buy from them again due to the lack of care. The Board game box is now very messed up in some spots and the plastic it was wrapped in was torn. It did arrive very quickly from ups to me. I just wish more effort was taken to keep the product I purchased from damage........
