    The inner part of the seal is not made like an original, similar in appearance, but not right. When installed it WOULD NOT seal the shaft. Found an OEM type and it worked perfect. Called Omega, talked to an engineer, left contact info and offered to send them a used original to reverse engineer but it appears they are not interested. However, the return process went smooth.
