This volume brings together Schille's finest paintings - still lifes, landscapes and gardens, mothers and children, market and harbour scenes - to present a complete overview of a remarkable person's life and work., Alice Schille (1869-1955) was one of the finest watercolour artists of her time. Afterwards she travelled the world, painting still-lifes, landscapes and gardens, mothers and children, market and harbour scenes.
