Unfortunately, the buyer never contacted me about receiving an item that wasn't as described. Each photo shows that one chain is missing, but I had no idea it was supposed to be there. If I had known the bag was missing, I would have noted it in the description. The buyer must have missed it during purchase as well. I tried to contact the buyer to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the buyer hasn't responded.
