      Postage label was not used but eBay took 35 days to refund and did not return the V.A.T which they charged on unused postage. Getting the refund was difficult and time consuming. I will in future bear this in mind if I buy through eBay again.

      This has occurred from trying to reduce the postage costs for the buyer by bundling purchases. The time taken for a refund to be issued for simple delivery is completely out of the hands of the seller.
