        This jacket had a huge hole in the front pocket. I contacted the seller. I was asked how handy I was with sewing. I wanted to ask "how handy are you with sewing" but I didn't. I asked for a pre paid shipping label to return it. No response. Another e-bay seller that only cares out the sale and NOT the customer satisfaction. Shame on ColoBoutique.

        Buyer messaged just that there was a hole INSIDE THE POCKET, not asking for a refund or a return. I asked how handy to see if they wanted to fix it themselves and get a partial refund or to return for a full refund. They asked me personally for a label and did not initiate a refund thru Ebay. This all happened quickly with no follow-up from them.
