I assumed it was b/c of how it had been stored or packaged. It arrived w/ a big slit looking mark in the rhinestones. I wasn't going to ask for my $ back or a return b/c I assumed it was b/c of how they stored or packaged the bag & wanted to warn them, but since they tried to gaslight me say I was bored & having a bad day I decided to warn others.
